Q. Is there a minimum contract term?A. No, you simply pay monthly in advance for your i-Commerce Package.
Q. What credit cards will my online shop accept?A. You i-Commerce online shop will accept the following card types:
American Express, Visa Credit Cards, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Diners Card, Maestro, Mastercard and PayPal.
Q. Are there any hidden costs?A. No. i-Commerce is an all-inclusive ecommerce website package. The package has everything you need to get started including website hosting on our dedicated servers at Rackspace. Please note that all i-Commerce subscribers will require a Sage Pay account to receive online card and PayPal payments. Please note that these providers may apply additional charges.
Q. Which payment gateways are supported by i-Commerce?A. i-Commerce is fully integrated with Sage Pay and PayPal as standard.
Q. How long will it take for my new e-commerce website to come on line?A. We aim to have all new i-Commerce Packages online and fully functional within 24 hours of receiving your first months subscription payment.
Q. Is i-Commerce Secure?A. Yes, i-Commerce is PCI Level 1 Compliant and uses a Thawte 128-bit Secure Socket Layer for communicating with Sage Pay to process card transactions. Our servers are protected by dedicated Cisco Firewalls and by the latest AntiVirus Software.
Q. How do I view visitor statistics for my online shop?A. i-Commerce is fully integrated with Google Analytics. Once you have set-up your online shop we will either create a new Google account on your behalf or integrate it within your existing Analytics account should you already have one.
Q. Can I use a domain name that I already own?A. Yes, once your online shop is up and running we will ask you to change your domains name servers. This is a very quick and simple process that your account manager will be more than happy to assist you with.
Q. Can i-Commerce be integrated with any other payment gateways?A. Yes, i-Commerce can be integrated with any of the major PSP's at a small additional cost.
Q. Is i-Commerce search engine friendly?A. Yes, i-Commerce software comes complete with advanced search engine optimisation capabilities.
Q. Is i-Commerce compatible with a Mac?A. Yes, i-Commerce software is fully compatible on both Mac and PC platforms. Supported browsers include IE6, IE7, Firefox 2.0 and Safari 3.0 or later.
Q. Am I limited to the number of products I can add to my e-commerce website?A. No, unlike many providers i-Commerce does not limit the number of products that you can display.
Q. How do I cancel my account?A. Should you choose to cancel your i-Commerce subscription all we ask for is 30 days written notice. Any outstanding payments shall be calculated on a pro rata basis. Please note that all data will be deleted from our servers 7 days after the termination date of your subscription.
